Republication of FAQ on the tax consequences in France following Brexit
The French tax administration has republished the "Frequently Asked Questions" about the tax consequences of Brexit. In matters of VAT, the administration indicates in particular that "in the event of no agreement on the future relationship, you will not be required to appoint a tax representative to pay the VAT".
