Excise Goods Management

QX provides a registered consignee service for alcohol and petroleum products, enabling European suppliers to transport their goods under suspension of excise duty until they reach their final destination. Upon arrival of the goods, QX handles the clearance of the Electronic Administrative Document (e-AD), manages the monthly release for consumption declarations, and takes full responsibility for paying the excise duties on behalf of its clients, in line with all applicable regulations. This service simplifies excise compliance and ensures a secure and streamlined process, allowing businesses to remain fully focused on their core activities.

Support for Non-EU Exporters

QX also acts as the customs exporter for companies not established within the European Union, enabling them to export goods from France using QX’s French EORI number. In this role, QX provides complete customs representation, ensures compliance with all relevant export regulations, and manages the necessary administrative and legal processes through a customs representation mandate signed with the French freight forwarder appointed by the client. This solution is ideal for non-EU businesses wishing to carry out exports from the EU without a physical presence, while maintaining full compliance with European customs requirements.
